New Methods, Classic Message
I know! Right? God called us out of the church Paul was leading in Minnesota to come back home to Texas and plant a new church. We're building something new with something old.
I have been wondering about the methods we use to share the gospel and started thinking that to reach new generations, the methods we used for the last 1700 years aren't working. As we enter this adventure God is calling us to, we are leaning into the vision that God has led us to, a vision of community.
In the last few weeks, we've had active church goers share they don't have community in their church. We've heard some who go to other churches for community, but not where they are members. And we have heard most from people who haven't been able to find community, in their church, neighborhoods, or anywhere else.
